I have 2 major pet peeves, 1) Girls who shave/pluck their eyebrows completely off, only to draw them right back on. What's the point of that!?! Makes me want to make out with them, slide my hand up their face & smear one eyebrow up and ask, "Why do you look so puzzled? Are you impersonating the Rock?" and 2) Artists who sign their names INSANELY HUGE. When they do that, they take focus away from the art. I dunno if that's their plan, but it's just plain stupid. People look at art to see the art itself, not your Ginormous signature! Get that ego in check please.
Nothing to do w/ my peeves, here's a sketch I did of my best friend, & decided to paint it in photoshop. Still learning :-/

Usagi Yojimbo: Still Wandering
When I was a little kid I was obsessed w/ Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, so when I saw an article on Usagi Yojimbo still wandering in his third decade, I had to check it out: http://bit.ly/gfHH9N
I've been wanting to create an original animal/human hybrid lately, but since I've been kinda stumped, I decided to get it out of my system and draw Usagi here. I knew I'd have fun drawing him since I really enjoyed drawing all the samurai gear on Kensei from Heroes a few years back. I was also excited to throw my artistic spin on a childhood cartoon character I enjoyed so much! Anywho, I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I enjoyed drawing it :)
